Position Summary:

The DHHS vision is to support and enhance the wellbeing of all Victorians. We take a broad view of the causes of ill health, the drivers of good health, the social and economic context in which people live, and of the incidence and experience of vulnerability.

The Business Technology and Information Management (BTIM) branch plays a vital role in the delivery of that vision.

The Manager, Business Analysts leads the development of the Business Analysis capability within BTIM to support the development of new business initiatives and approved projects, so enabling those projects to deliver effective solutions. As a customer advocate, they will lead a team to be outcome focussed for the delivery of innovative digital solutions with an agile and user centred approach to realise a great user experience.

  • Passionate about innovating emerging technologies and digital solutions to create strategic alignment and advocate on behalf of the customer?
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in leading discovery phases for agile projects, taking ideas from inception to completion in order to design business services?
  • Experienced in developing strategies to guide the delivery of ICT services to large organisations?
  • Experienced in program and portfolio integration for organisational ICT initiatives?
  • Someone who enjoys leading a team and working collaboratively to deliver on the outcomes that meet clients, staff and partners' needs?
