Position Summary:

The Principal Consultant, Employee Relations will provide a hands-on, solution-focused approach to resolving complex and confidential employee relations matters and taking an advanced role in identifying emerging employee relations (ER) risks and actively intervening to promote positive ER outcomes for the department. This position is responsible for developing significant state-wide employment related policy, including preparing and coordinating detailed and complex reports and briefings, responding to correspondence, undertaking research and leading employment-related projects.

This position is responsible for developing and reviewing HR policies and providing policy advice and support to the people and culture teams across the department with complex and confidential employee relations issues.
