Position Summary:

The Principal Business Analyst is a senior role within the newly established EDRMS project team responsible for the planning, scoping and delivering of business analysis activities required for the deployment of HPE CM9 within the department. This key role will lead the engagement with stakeholders at all levels to understand, evaluate and document business processes, process maturity and key requirements for the successful transition of business areas from  a hardcopy or shared drive environment to an EDRMS. The role will also manage a small group of business analysts and end user support officers.

Are you

  • able to lead stakeholders to consensus around clear and concise business requirements in a complex and challenging environment?
  • experienced as a Business Analyst deploying an EDRMS, preferably HPE RM8+?
  • experienced in working with stakeholders to develop their electronic records management procedures and processes?
