Position Summary:

The Assistant Director, Performance and Governance leads the Corporate Services Performance and Governance team, which sets and manages the governance framework and performance management and reporting system for Corporate Services. The position monitors and reports on the overall performance of Corporate Services functions, and ensures all functions are delivering against the divisional strategy driving performance in relation to the division's key measures for success and continuous improvement.  The position will establish positive and constructive relationships with all stakeholders of performance and governance priorities.

The role will also lead the ongoing development and implementation of the Department's executive board subcommittee arrangements and provide oversight to other branch functions as required.
