Senior Adviser, Change (x 2 vacancies)

Corporate Services is working to transform the way we deliver customer-centric services, systems and processes.  With a new operating model and many improvement projects underway, we are working to ensure that customers can access the right level of service to suit their needs – from operational activities through to strategic and advisory services.  Importantly, we're also working to create an environment our staff find supportive, stimulating, challenging and empowering.

The Corporate Services Redesign unit plays a significant role in leading this program of change. Our work sets and manages the change management framework for the program, working to establish positive and constructive relationships and ensure delivery of agreed priorities.  The unit also actively supports the education and capability development of change management across the department.

The Senior Advisor, Change plays a key role in partnering with key change management stakeholders, by providing advice, guidance and support throughout the full change lifecycle.
