Position Summary:

The Service Optimisation team has a great opportunity for an experienced workforce forecasting professional.

Are you experienced in forecasting and mentoring a team of analysts?

  • Experienced in workforce management capacity planning and forecasting?
  • Flexible to work on forecasting, scheduling and project work at the same time?
  • Experienced in leading and mentoring a team of analysts?
  • Professionally experienced in contact centre and non-contact centre environments?
