Manager, Engagement and Co-Design
The Department of Health and Human Services is pursuing fundamental system reform to the way that social and community services are delivered across Victoria – a once-in-a-generation reform to support vulnerable Victorians.
If you are an engagement professional looking to further your experience in co-designing ground-breaking new services with the people that use and provide those services, this unique role will provide the opportunity to utilise your expertise and expand your creativity. The Engagement and Co-Design Manager, Transformation Office will lead and inspire a team of engagement practitioners, communications experts and project officers delivering human-centred and co-design processes and products for services and programs.
You will provide leadership on a series of complex, high-profile reform projects including assisting project directors to scope, articulate and plan for engagement and co-design projects; to augment and quicken the pace of project development/delivery and create and manage an environment for innovative work and design thinking in respect of the suite of relevant projects.
