Position Summary:

A Disability Development and Support Officer Level 3A House Supervisor manages and provides leadership to a team (up to 12) of Disability Development and Support Officers in a community group home.

The role is required to liaise with managers and staff of government and non-government service providers, community groups, and other interested parties in relation to client related and service delivery issues, and participate in the monitoring and evaluation of service performance and client outcomes.  The role requires highly developed leadership, management and practice knowledge to facilitate quality service outcomes in more complex environments.
