Position Summary:

  • Willing and able to balance consulting for the purpose of design and delivery of learning programs with the day to day operational focus of implementation?
  • Creative, innovative, organised, and solution focussed?

The East Division is looking for a talented Learning & Development Consultant.  

As well as contributing to projects, this role co-ordinates and implements all aspects of end to end learning solutions and other organisational initiatives to build capabilities and grow our people.
A passion for contemporary learning and development methods that develop a workforce to support and enhance the wellbeing of all Victorians is essential.
