  • An experienced people leader with well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Actively committed to supporting staff to develop and drive continuous improvement in how services are delivered to vulnerable people.

 

Team Leader, Tenancy and Property provides leadership and management to a team of staff responsible for planning and managing the delivery of tenancy and property services with a priority on sustaining tenancies, incorporating early intervention strategies, such as regular and earlier home visiting and supporting tenancies identified as being at risk. The manager is responsible for meeting organisational objectives, service delivery standards and timelines, specified budgetary outcomes, stakeholder expectations and client needs.
