Position Summary:

The Senior Workforce Services Officer is a dynamic human resources business partner dedicated to the Child Protection function of the division.  The role leads a small team and provides strategic advice and support around workforce planning, develops regular high level workforce metrics and coordinates and implements strategic initiatives in the attraction and retention space. This position plays a strong role in ensuring the team meets key performance targets, and continuously improves service delivery.
