Senior Placement Coordinator – Targeted Care Packages

status:- Fixed Term  02/03/2020 to 30/06/2020  Full time (76.0 hours per f/n)

Location:- East Division - Rural

Salary CYF5:-  $103,441 to $119,052  + super

Position Summary:



The Senior Placement Coordinator - Targeted Care Packages plays a key role within the East Division Placement and Support Planning team  by leading the implementation, coordination and monitoring of activities associated with Targeted Care Packages to improve outcomes for children in out-of-home care and prevent children entering care.


You will use your strong planning, coordination and stakeholder relationship skills to design and implement tailored supports to meet the needs of individual children, their families and carers, providing flexible and innovative placement prevention and out-of-home care solutions for children.
