The Team Leader, Vacancy Management leads the Vacancy Coordinators to ensure vacancy processes are adhered to, timelines are met, outcomes are monitored and resources are directed to people with disabilities who have a priority need for support. Vacancy coordination and resource allocation is conducted in an environment of collaboration and joint responsibility across a number of the department's areas. The role includes leading and motivating a team, particularly at a time when change is a constant, communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and partnering closely with disability supported accommodation providers.
