Position Summary:


The Manager, Commercial and Financing is located within the Housing Asset Strategy and Financing team and is
responsible for supporting the delivery of the Social Housing Growth Fund, the Low Interest Loans and
Government Guarantee programs that have been designed to increase the level of social and affordable
accommodation provided by Housing Associations. The role requires you to have experience in managing projects
and a good working knowledge of financial instruments such as commercial loans, guarantees and the functions of
managed funds. You will be required to have an ability to adapt quickly to changed priorities, internal and external
relationship management, complex problem solving, process improvement and strategic thinking.

Associations Funding program?
· A strong communicator with first class interpersonal skills that underpin your ability to foster effective
collaborative working relationships?
· A strong team player with the ability to work autonomously to deliver outcomes?
