Position Summary:

The Victorian Health and Human Services (VHHSBA) Assistant Director, Developments oversees all aspects of Victoria's health capital pipeline development and the activities of the Design Service's team. The role requires a dynamic outcomes-focussed senior infrastructure executive with demonstrated expertise in:

  • Origination capital planning for all scales of health redevelopments
  • Building strong networks of alliances with a client focus
  • Driving continuous improvements and a can-do culture
  • Leveraging the opportunities afforded by Victoria's development and construction industry

The Assistant Director, Developments will manage two direct reports, i.e. Manager, Capital Planning and Manager, Design Services whilst actively collaborating with the Assistant Director, Planning. The Assistant Director, Developments reports to the Director of Planning and Development branch.
