Position Summary:


The Manager, Asset Management is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of the health asset portfolio under a stewardship model. The role will facilitate sector compliance with the regulatory standards, including the Asset Management Accountability Framework.


A key aspect of this role is developing and implementing strategic asset management practices, principles and business processes, including collating and reviewing data provided by health services in their management of the asset base and identifying emerging trends. The role will review data for emerging trends and facilitate reporting on health services compliance, asset and financial performance.


The role will lead the analysis of data to support business case development and asset renewal forecasting.
