Position Summary:


Reporting to the Head of Creative Studio, the Senior Motion Graphics Designer will work as part of the Creative Studio team to develop and deliver creative 2D and 3D motion, video, and audio projects.


This role will work closely with the Senior Videographer, Editor and Photographer to deliver video, audio, motion graphic and other creative projects for the Victorian Health and Human Services Building Authority (the Authority). They will ensure creative work is prioritised and completed to high standards and in line with key departmental priorities, and that deliverables are meeting stakeholder expectations, including adherence to established timelines.


The Senior Motion Graphics Designer contributes to the development, delivery and evaluation of the Authority's creative strategies and activities including the production of online materials, multimedia content and project communications. This role provides expert communications advice and will be required to develop strong, collaborative relationships with a diverse range of internal, and sometimes external, stakeholders.


This role will be expected to effectively manage their own creative workflow, while balancing priority work and stakeholder needs, in the delivery of high-quality creative products and services.
