Position Summary:

The Principal Project Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of key government initiatives in relation to assets, capital developments and the coordination of property arrangements with registered community housing agencies. The role involves maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, particularly Strategic Planning and Policy, the formulation of new asset strategies, the provision of professional advice, management of Project staff, external service providers and key stakeholders feasibility modelling, the development of strategic investment frameworks, robust procurement processes, budget and cash flow management, reporting and risk management.

Are you

  • A manager who can lead others in developing and implementing a range of projects within tight timeframe?
  • An experience leader in providing clear concise advice at the highest levels on complex and politically sensitive issues?
  • An experience strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies?
  • Able to provide a high standard of project co-ordination to ensure timely delivery of projects?
  • Able to maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders?
  • Able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the procurement processes with PAS?
