Position Summary:

The Victorian Health & Human Services Building Authority (VHHSBA) is responsible for the delivery of an ongoing capital investment program (circa $1Bn per annum). The program includes responsibility for the development of asset strategies as well as the planning, development and delivery of new build and redevelopment infrastructure projects. 

Reporting to the Program Manager, North West Metro Capital Projects, the primary purpose of the Project Officer role is to support the management and implementation of the Ambulance Victoria Program and a range of capital projects within North West Metro and Regional area of Victoria. The role will be responsible for feasibility and schematic planning, managing client relationships, engagement and management of consultants, project budget and delivery, performance reporting and post occupancy reviews.

The role will also involve working with Health Services as they deliver a range of capital projects, providing support, advice, facilitation and review as required. Key stakeholders also include project clients, the policy and program sections of DHHS relevant to the projects, the contractor and Capital Management.
