Position Summary:

The Resource Program Officer will be part of a team dedicated to the implementation and ongoing management of a resource matrix model for the Property and Asset Services Branch. Reporting to the Manager and Assistant Director, Workflow Implementation, you will support change management activities to embed the new way of working across the Branch, and support development and delivery of training for staff.

Working closely with project managers across the Branch, you will also support the planning, deployment and utilisation of resources across project teams, enabling the successful delivery of projects and excellent project outcomes. This will see you use systems, processes and tools that assist in resource planning and allocation, leave management and skills development, as well as monitoring and reporting risks and issues relating to project resourcing.

Are you

  • A capable project scheduler with a process and systems thinking orientation?
  • A strong communicator with proven experience in working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to achieve objectives?
  • Experienced in working in complex areas with changing priorities and managing to critical deadlines?
