Position Summary:

The Victorian Health & Human Services Building Authority is responsible for the delivery of an ongoing capital investment program (circa $1 billion per annum). The program includes responsibility for the development of asset strategies as well as the planning, development and delivery of new build and redevelopment infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Manager, Property, the Senior Project Officer, Property, role will manage key relationships with various program areas within the Department of Health and Human Services, providing leadership, expert advice, and client services in the delivery of health-related property services.

The role will have a focus on town planning, property acquisitions, disposals, facilitation and strategic planning. Analytical skills, relationship management, and an ability to synthesise complex information relating to project planning and delivery are essential to this role.
