Position Summary: 

Principal Project Manager - Regional Cities (Master-planning and Engagement)

The Principal Project Manager – Regional Cities (Master-planning and Engagement) will lead the delivery of three key regional public housing renewal projects in the City of Ballarat, City of Greater Bendigo and the Rural City of Benalla. 

The role involves working collaboratively with key stakeholders, particularly the relevant Councils, public housing tenants and neighbours. Key to the project's success will be strong community engagement with stakeholders to develop a masterplan for each site. The masterplan will inform a planning scheme amendment and a project delivery strategy. 

The role will involve managing consultants and contracts, providing professional advice including around the planning scheme amendment process and consideration of asset management data to inform the renewal. It also includes being responsible for delivering robust procurement processes, budget and cash flow management, reporting and risk management.
