Position Summary:

This position sits within the Priority Projects Team which is responsible for providing advice on investment strategies to inform decisions making for capital allocation. The preparation of these strategies sits within DTF's high value high risk framework to justify the investment decision and to comply with VAGO requirements and strong engagement with key stakeholders to scope and vision the renewal of sites, build ownership and create value for future projects. The Senior Project Manager, Regional Cities, will  be responsible for the delivery of key regional government housing projects and initiatives to deliver on estate renewal and revitalization, in particular the Ballarat, Bendigo and Benalla Regional Estates Renewal Program.

The role involves working collaboratively with key stakeholders, particularly the Bendigo, Ballarat and Benalla, Regional Councils, managing consultants and processes to prepare asses manage strategies, providing professional advice, and feasibility modelling.  It also includes being responsible for delivering robust procurement processes, budget and cash flow management, reporting and risk management.
