Position Summary: 

Senior Project Officer – Asset Management Plans

Reporting to the Manager, Asset Planning and Program Formulation, the Senior Project Officer is responsible for developing asset management plans to meet the Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF) compliance requirements and to support the department's broader strategic objectives. The role involves good writing skills, collaboration with the Priority Projects unit, internal stakeholder engagement and coordination, the analysis of relevant asset information and knowledge of the AMAF or ISO55000. The development of a suite of asset management plans is required to enable coordination of planning processes to drive investment decisions across all Director of Housing Assets.
