Position Summary: 

Project Officer - ICT
The Project Officer – ICT will work alongside the Senior Project Officer to provide day to day Information and Communications Technology (ICT) support for the Authority, and act as an interface between the business and IT service providers such as CenITex, Business Technology and Information Management (BTIM) branch and external providers such as print suppliers. The position will also support three key projects:
• Office 365 and EDRMs implementation.
• Office relocation: technology fit out of the new accommodation, and subsequent day to day workspace support until the Authority's staff have moved and are established in the new location.
• Project Management Office (PMO): assist the implementation partner in the establishment of their ‘Technology, Training and Support' deliverables.
