Position Summary:

Reporting to the Manager, Metropolitan Performance, you will manage key relationships with senior health service staff, support the monitoring of the financial and service performance of metropolitan health services and contribute to the analysis of state-wide performance issues. You will identify and manage a wide variety of performance issues using qualitative and quantitative information as well as being required to liaise with stakeholders both internal and external to the department. An ability to synthesise complex information and understand its relationship with strategic government initiatives is required. Analytical skills, relationship management and the ability to manage tight deadlines are critical to the role.

  • Approachable and able to build and maintain effective working relationships?
  • Experienced in health service and financial/performance management?
  • A strong negotiator with excellent analytical skills?
