Position Summary:


The Manager Card Operations leads delivery of the Seniors Card and Companion Card programs in Victoria. Responsibilities include policy and program management, staff management, creation and delivery of customer focussed services through online, telephone and postal channels; development and delivery of business plans for growth in business participation and revenue, management of customer relations management systems and integrated online processes and contract management.

Are you

  • An experienced program manager who can develop and align social policy objectives with business outcomes?
  • Able to work with the business sector to build sponsorship and advertising revenue within a government environment?
  • Agile and creative within digital environments?
