Position Summary:



Senior Policy Officer


The Senior Policy Officer will be responsible for leading on high level advice, complex research and analysis of current and potential government policy to support the implementation of Safe and Strong: Victoria's first Gender Equality Strategy.  


Working in a dynamic team environment, the Senior Policy Officer will have responsibilities for the development, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a range of gender equality initiatives. The role requires  working in close consultation with a range of internal and external stakeholders to progress initiatives, including the provision of high level Secretariat support.
