Position Summary:


The Principal Policy Adviser reports to the Chief Preventive Health Officer and provides high-level coordination, advice and project management across Prevention, Population Health & Place Branch. This role supports strategic coordination of branch activities to ensure we deliver our core business and are responsive to policy priorities.


Working closely with the Chief Preventive Health Officer, branch executive and business development and support team, this role enables better branch-wide management, coordination and response to emerging policy priorities. In this role you will be required to operate in a complex and demanding environment, exercise sound judgement, build positive relationships with key people, and operate with a high level of professionalism, initiative and collaboration.
