Position Summary:

Reporting to the Assistant Director Ambulance, the Manager Ambulance Policy will manage a small team responsible for the provision of high level policy advice and the development and implementation of a range of innovative strategy and reform initiatives that aim to improve ambulance services in Victoria.

An ability to synthesise and understand a range of complex information; comfort with using and analysing complex data and information to inform policy development and project implementation, is required. Sound analytical and relationship management skills, writing skills, and an ability to manage tight deadlines and work both in a small team and independently are essential.
