Position Summary:

The graduate solicitor role in the Legal Services Branch will provide legal advice and support which may include reviewing contracts, undertaking statutory interpretation, developing legislation and regulations and conducting less complicated litigation and instruct and appear on behalf of the Secretary to the Department of Health & Human Services. This position may involve travel and attendance at courts in surrounding areas across Victoria to support the department and its clients.
