Position Details

Reporting to the Manager Attraction, Recruitment and Strategy the successful candidate will be required to coordinate various recruitment activities from “hire” to “retire” partnering with the North Division, Child Protection Program.

Liaising with a multitude of internal/external stakeholders, the Adviser will assist in supporting the Child Protection Program in an advisory capacity.

The position will require specialist expertise, knowledge and experience in the appropriate interpretation and implementation of relevant legislation, associated regulations, guidelines, awards and agreements in providing authoritative advice and support to managers and staff.

This role will also take a pivotal lead in coordinating and delivering a range of Workforce Services functions such as implementation of innovative attraction strategies, streamlining the recruitment process and overall enhancement of the candidate experience.
