The Department of Health and Human Services, North Division incorporates several of Melbourne Growth Corridors, comprising of 17 Local Government Areas with a population of 1.2 million.
The Office for Business Excellence (OBE) was established in 2016 to build business improvement and project management capability ultimately strengthening the DHHS North Division Child Protection Service.
An outstanding opportunity currently exists for a highly motivated individual to join the Preston based team in the capacity of Manager- OBE, North Division.
The Manager, OBE leads a dynamic team of Senior Project Officers to implement and drive change on a range of initiatives, enhancing service provision for vulnerable children and families engaged with the Child Protection Service.
Pivotal to your success in this challenging yet fulfilling role, the ideal candidate will possess demonstrable skills in the following key areas;
- Highly developed People Management skills with the ability to forge relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Superior Stakeholder Management experience, underpinned by a strong business acumen.
- Leadership capability coupled with experience influencing outcomes at a senior level
In return you will be provided ongoing training and development, supervision by leaders in the field and the opportunity to make a difference to Victorian children most at risk.
