Position Summary:

The Rural After-Hours team is responsible for responding to after-hours cases where children residing within the Mallee Area are deemed at significant risk of harm. The work is part of the Victorian Government's state-wide After-hours Child Protection Emergency Service (AHCPES), tasked with responding to child protection reports received outside standard business hours.

An outstanding opportunity currently exists for a highly motivated individual to join the Mildura based Rural After-Hours team in the capacity of Child Protection Practitioner (CPP3).

The Rural After Hours team is responsible for responding to cases where Child Protection clients residing within the Mallee Area are deemed at significant risk of harm. The work is part of the Victorian Government's state-wide After hours Child Protection Emergency Service (AHCPES), tasked with responding to child protection reports received outside standard business hours.
