Outstanding opportunities currently exist for highly motivated individuals to join the Bendigo based leadership teams in the capacity of Team Manager – CPP5 Classification. The North Division Child Protection Branch prides itself on its commitment to making children safe, supporting stronger families, and protecting future generations.

The dynamic and professional practitioners located at our Bendigo Child Protection service a diverse client base within rural Victoria.

Team Managers are responsible for delivering positive outcomes for children and families, statutory case planning, case allocation and management of resources, budget and a small team of practitioners. Team Managers work collaboratively with the Senior Child Protection Practitioner to strengthen case practice and to support other practitioners.

Pivotal to your success in this challenging yet fulfilling role, ideal candidates will possess highly developed people management skills with the ability to forge relationships at all levels of the organization and superior stakeholder management experience, underpinned by strong business acumen.
