An outstanding opportunity currently exists for highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join the fast paced, yet collaborative Mildura Child Protection team. Providing high level support and expert advice to the Child Protection Manager, the successful candidate will liaise with key stakeholders from a diverse range of Organisations in a sensitive yet purposeful manner.

In particular you will be responsible for supporting the Child Protection Area Operations Manager across a range of key administrative tasks from preparation of ministerial correspondence, compilation of financial information to diary management, meeting preparation and monthly report writing.

Pivotal to your success in this challenging yet fulfilling role, the successful candidate will possess demonstrable skills in the following key areas:

  • Exceptionally strong organisational skills coupled with a strong problem solving orientation
