The Department of Health and Human Services, Child Protection Program is an incredibly diverse and vibrant service aimed at enhancing the lives of children at risk.

The dynamic and professional practitioners located at our Preston Child Protection Branch service a diverse client base within one of Melbourne's key growth corridors.

A new and outstanding opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to join the North Division, Child Protection team in the capacity of Team Manager (VPS-5) supervising Case Practice Support staff.

Based in the Preston office, the Team Manager, Supervised Contact and Transportis responsible for coordinating and managing the effective service delivery of supervised contact and transport services for child protection clients in the North East and Hume Moreland Areas. You will be leading a team of Case Practice Support workers and a scheduler. The Team Manager will also be responsible for running team meetings, collecting data for reports and providing formal supervision to their direct reports.

Pivotal to your success in this challenging yet fulfilling role, the ideal candidate will possess demonstrable skills in the following key areas;
