Position Details

The Out of Home Care Transformation Adviser role is responsible for leading the developing  and implementing initiatives in the North Division to support the State Government's reform agenda for the of the Out of Home Care service system.

The role will support the scoping, planning, development, implementation, monitoring and review of this reform agenda.

The role will be responsible for research and analysis of issues to inform planning and development, preparation and presentation of complex reports, briefings and submissions and the development and maintenance of positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Are you

  • Interested in leading change to improve Out of Home Care service delivery to achieve better outcomes for children and young people
  • Experienced in managing projects to achieve the required results
  • Able to problem solve complex issues and develop and maintain good relationships with multiple stakeholders with diverse interests?
