Position Details

 

This role provides oversight of quality and compliance monitoring for disability services in the North Division. The focus of this role is to implement and manage quality improvement and risk management systems to improve the experience of people with a disability and implementation of new service system improvements. In particular, the role will support the North Division to work with the Disability Services Commissioner to improve safeguards and services for Victorians with a disability.

 

Are you

 

  • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach both internally and to a range of external bodies? 
  • An analytical, systems thinker who can drive, oversee, monitor and deliver the portfolio work/projects in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines?
  • Able to problem solve and self-manage?
