Position Details

Complex Client Coordinators are responsible for the delivery of the departments High Risk Tenancies and Multiple and Complex Needs Initiatives.The High Risk Tenancies initiative aims to contribute to more sustainable tenancy outcomes for Victorians whose public housing tenancies are identified as high risk by recommending and coordinating holistic, evidence based approaches to improve overall connectedness to the support system.

The Multiple and Complex Needs initiative works with relevant services to provide a more effective and coordinated approach to supporting people with multiple and complex needs. The Multiple and Complex Needs initiative is underpinned by the Human Services (Complex Needs) Act 2009 and is supported by Complex Needs Panels that operate in each of the four Areas within North Division.

  • Have demonstrated capabilities and strengths is effective and coordinated approaches in supporting people with multiple and complex needs
  • Do you have exceptional coordination, communication and negotiation skills?
