Position Summary:

The Senior Agile Coach will work closely with the Principal Agile Coach to establish a whole of department focused agile coaching function and capability within the Department of Health and Human Services. The role will be to coach, manage and support projects and/or service delivery team in adopting and embedding agile ways of working in support of organisation transformation. The role will be to ensure the application of agile project management disciplines, methods and techniques and coach the project and/or service delivery team, including executive management to successfully transform the department into an agile organisation. The Senior Agile Coach will assist with maturing agile coaching within Organisation Transformation and the Department and contribute to the development of an agile framework consisting of agile disciplines, methods and techniques to uplift capability across the department. The Senior Agile Coach will be required to manage projects, applying agile disciplines, methods and techniques as required.
