Position Summary:

The Senior Process Analyst, Business Process Management (BPM) will assist in the support and growth of a whole of department focused Business Process Management function and capability within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The purpose of the role is to lead analysis and improvement activities for projects focused on whole of department improvement across a range of change dimensions including process, technology, people, and ways of working. The role will assist in the establishment of an improvement community which shares techniques, tools and methods to build capability.
