Position Summary:

The Assistant Director, Social Housing Reform leads a highly skilled unit that develops future directions for the social housing system in Victoria. Drawing on strong conceptual and analytical skills, the Assistant Director will deliver policies and strategies that deliver growth in housing stock as well as drive improvement in the effectiveness and integration of housing and homelessness services with other community services. The Assistant Director will lead future thinking on the way we fund and sustain our social housing system.  The Assistant Director will lead engagement with other government departments to ensure that other policy levers that can improve social housing outcomes are used to best effect.
