Position Summary:

The team is seeking an experienced project and people manager to join us in an exciting opportunity to establish a project management office (PMO), to develop and implement a fit for purpose project management methodology to enable the successful delivery of a broad range of projects and programs across Safer Care Victoria. The role will also support the delivery of a range of functions within the Capability for innovation and improvement strategy 2017– 20 including promotion of best practice, knowledge management and capability support to internal and external stakeholders.

Are you

  • experienced at establishing and managing a project management office?
  • experienced at building capability at all levels of an organisation to create an environment in which new ideas and creative solutions to problems in healthcare delivery are able to be implemented and sustained?
  • someone with excellent attention to detail, who is thorough and accurate?
