Position Summary:

Senior Project Officer - Leadership

The team is seeking a Senior Project Officer - Leadership to join us during an exciting period of formation. Safer Care Victoria (SCV) has been established to ensure our health services are providing safe, high-quality care to patients: every time, everywhere. Sector wide leadership development sits as one of the key strategic priorities for SCV. The Leadership team is charged with co-creation of an evidence based leadership development framework to provide the structure for design and implementation of learning and development offerings that will meet the needs of the sector.

The successful applicant will have relevant project management experience with a strong understanding of leading practice methodologies and tools.

Are you

  • a project management professional who is comfortable operating in an evolving team tasked with designing a program of evidence based leadership development offerings
  • experienced at building strong stakeholder relationships for the purpose of understanding the needs of a target audience and gaining support for implementation
  • someone with a desire to operate at a system level and drive measurable change
