Position Summary:

As a Senior Project Officer, you will be required to prepare, within tight timeframes, high quality briefings, discussion papers, presentations, reports and other documentation related to the System Improvement Innovation and Leadership branch's key initiatives and projects. The person will be required to closely maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The person will play an important role in the branch's governance functions by providing senior secretariat policy support and management of the VPS4 secretariat officer. The person will also contribute to engagement and knowledge management activities supporting the wider work of the branch.

Are you

  • Able to demonstrate experience in providing senior secretariat support to boards or ministerial advisory committees.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management and relationship building?
  • Able to effectively communicate with a broad range of stakeholders?
  • Someone with excellent attention to detail, who is thorough and accurate?
