Position Summary:


Principal Project Officer, Improving Theatre Efficiency


The Principal Project Officer will work within the Clinical Safety and Monitoring team to lead the implementation of   recommendations developed by the Victorian Auditor-General's Office in response to their audit of Victorian Public Hospital Operating Theatre Efficiency.  The role will involve project management of the agreed recommendations, including working closely with the Victorian Agency for Health Information (VAHI) and the Department of Health and Human Services (the department), liaising with key stakeholders and the development of formalised guidance and policy on improving operating theatre efficiency.
