Position Summary:

The Senior Project Officer will provide leadership and project support to the Patient Experience and Outcome Unit in the development program initiatives and activities to improve patient experiences in response to patient reported outcome measures and patient reported experience measures. The role entails liaison with other relevant areas within Safer Care Victoria, the Victorian Agency for Health Information, Department of Health and Human Services and with Victorian health services in designing and coordinating a range of patient experience and outcome improvement projects.
