Position Summary:

The Department of Health and Human Services is pursuing fundamental system reform to support vulnerable Victorians and deliver on priorities emerging from key reform initiatives.  In particular, this role will be responsible for driving funding reform – to change the ways in which the department funds health and human services.

As the Manager, Funding Reform you will be responsible for leading a dynamic and committed team of staff that oversees this complex and important reform work, and provides strategic advice to key decision makers (including portfolio ministers and the department's executive) on its delivery, strategic alignment and success.

Your drive, communication skills, conceptual ability and leadership will ensure the team effectively provides relevant and insightful information and high value advice in a time-sensitive and fast-paced work environment.
