Position Summary:

The Policy Advisor, Workforce Funding, Performance and Review, contributes to the oversight of funded workforce training and development initiatives contributing to development of the capability of the future workforce, by empowering evidence-based decision making, promoting quality learning environments, and delivering efficient, effective and accountable workforce funding programs. 

As a member of the Workforce Funding, Performance and Review Unit, this role will manage workforce datasets, monitor funded programs and provided information and advice to ensure the branch is maintaining probity, accountability, value for money, and delivering the department's identified strategic workforce commitments, objectives and outcomes to achieve the best health, wellbeing and safety for all Victorians.
